ARE THESE PARTS COVERED BY WARRANTY?

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the selling dealer neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this part(s). The warranty goes into effect from the date of sale not when installed.

ALL USED PARTS ARE SOLD 'AS IS' NO WARRANTY.

CAN I RETURN PARTS?

IF we make a mistake and send you the wrong parts by accident, yes, you can return them for a full credit including the shipping. If you ordered parts and no longer want them or they were sent incorrectly because of faulty vehicle identification you provided, you can still return them but there is a 20% fee and no shipping credit. In other words, we pay for our goofs, you pay for yours.

Cores for rebuilt parts must be returned 'freight prepaid' by the customer to get a refund of the core charge.

NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. Electrical items are defined as any part having a wire attached to it or having a wire attachment point on it. Special order items are those things not normally stocked that we need to get in to fill your order. RETURNED PARTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL AND UNDAMAGED CONTAINER AND WITH 30 DAYS AFTER DATE OF SALE.

DO I PAY SALES TAX?

Under current tax legislation we are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to the customer in the state of Tennessee. The tax rate is 9.25%. No tax will be charged going to other states at this time.

HOW ARE PARTS SHIPPED & WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING CHARGES?

We ship everything via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.We ship within 24 hours of order except on weekends. Large, bulky, or heavy items must go by motor freight.

We also have airfreight service available through Federal Express, UPS, and USPS Express mail. We will ship worldwide.

We must have your street address to ship UPS. PO boxes will not do it.

The customer pays for all shipping and handling. On some orders, there will be a box or crate fee, larger items.

HOW DO I ORDER PARTS?

You can place an order by telephone, email or fax. If I do not answer please leave a message and I will get back to you with in 24 hours. Please have the correct year model. HOW DO I PAY FOR PARTS?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, BANK CHECKS AND PERSONAL CHECKS.We will accept personal checks for most orders from established customers. New customers will have to wait until check clears before shipping of parts. NO COD ORDERS.

HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST ME?

Primarily that fundamental law of economics, supply and demand, controls prices of roadster parts. Many, many parts are extremely short supply and command premium prices. Others are stocked in large numbers so the prices are reasonable. We will do our best to see that prices fairly reflect the current supply and demand for the parts.

All prices shown are per each part. IF the parts list says that four are required, then you must multiply the price times four to get the total. Some items are supplied in sets. Set prices are denoted with the term "SET".

It is difficult to keep every item at a current price and prices are subject to change. If you receive an item that is priced differently from what you expected, we are sorry. We will make every effort to tell you when a price has changed, but we are not infallible. You may find some of our prices are lower than other suppliers, or maybe higher. We price all items based on our costs which vary; just rest assured that the items you receive from us will be the best quality available at a fair price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED?

Immediately open and inspect all shipments or missing parts. Failure to do so can significantly reduce your chances of getting your problem solved. In case of UPS shipments, notify the local UPS office immediately so they can schedule an inspection. If shipment you must keep all packing material and related items, so the inspector can accurately judge the cause of the problem. After you notify them, notify us. We will make every effort to send a duplicate shipment as soon as possible at no charge. We will settle with you when the claim is settled.
